Scout Camp 2008!

It's hard to believe but we are already making plans for Scout Camp 2008. The camp draw is October 18th and a $40 per camper deposit is due that night. Therefore, we will be collecting your initial $40 deposit next Monday, October 8th.

Due to the Sea Base High Adventure trip, we will most likely be at camp 4th session again. Those dates are July 7-16, 2008 however our session won't be confirmed until the night of the draw.

I have received confirmation regarding the trip to the Florida Sea Base. I was only able to reserve the boat for sailing, but so far that boat has not filled. I need $150 deposit next Monday for anyone wanting to go on the trip. This is a first come first served basis so make sure you have your deposit in as soon as possible.

Dates are June 14-22, 2008

Cost $1100 per scout

1. This includes Round trip From Kansas City to Fort Lauderdale FL, on Midwest Express Airline - NON-FLIGHT. = $270

2. Hotel Stay in Fort Lauderdale on June 14, 2008 = $50

3. Car Rental and transportation to the Miami Keys, and Florida Sea Base and back to airport after trip $40

4. Fees for the Sea Base $700

5. T-shirts, Food and Misc $40

Every Scout and Scouter should have a passport with them when we go, So Start that process now, you can obtain an application at the US Post office, It takes about 3-4 months to get one back if it is a new application.

Payments will be:
