Religious Emblems Programs
Partial List of Courses. Updates on Courses Offered by Other Faiths will be Sent as Info is Available. The religious emblems programs are programs created by the various religious groups to encourage youth to grow stronger in their faith. The religious groups-not the Boy Scouts of America-have created the religious emblems programs themselves. The Boy Scouts of America has approved of these programs and allows the recognition to be worn on the official uniform, but each religious organization develops and administers its own program. This fall a several courses are being offered. Often these programs are pursued on an individual basis. If you are interested in exploring the religious emblems program offered by your faith you can also speak with someone at your house of worship. God and Country The God and Country program series provides spiritual growth experiences for members of the BSA who are Protestant, as well as members of Girl Scouts of the U.S.A. and Camp Fire Inc., and other youth.
