Subject: Scout Camp/Visitor's Sunday Information Packet

For those who were not at Monday night's Court of Honor, I have attached the information that was distributed. Please review and let me know if you have any questions.

Some important points to remember:

1.Camp box inspection is Sunday, July 8th.

2. Visitor's Sunday is July 15th. Please bring enough desserts to share for both the lunch meal as well as dinner and crackerbarrel that evening. We must have a head count and payment by the July 2nd meeting. See Steve Smith at the meeting next week. See the attached flyer for more details.

3. Deposits to the troop bank can be made at next Monday's meeting or at the camp box inspection.

4. The uniform for traveling to camp is: Troop 42 gray t-shirt, Scout shorts, Scout belt and Scout socks and will be worn 2-3 times during camp. Some Scouts like to have 2 troop t-shirts for camp. Additional shirts will be available next Monday night as well at camp box inspection. The Class A uniform will also be worn at least twice during camp.

5. Please mark all clothing, particularly uniform clothing, with your name and troop 42.
